I’ve led professional services, delivery, product, and transformation teams in fintech and SaaS businesses, working with everyone from fast-growing scale-ups to some of the world’s largest financial institutions. Along the way, I’ve built teams, scaled delivery organisations, launched new products, and helped hundreds of clients navigate complex implementations.
