Getting our hands dirty

A coffee break and a thought –
I just finished preparing something for a special meal tonight. In cooking, as in work (as in life), sometimes you just have to stick your hand into it and get it well and truly dirty. This is how you get to feel and break down the lumps and inconsistencies, this is how you feel it all coming together.


Tip of the day: whether it’s in cooking, or gardening, or solving a challenge in one of your projects – get your hands dirty from time to time.
