Value

Monday morning coffee-infused musings –

Yes, it’s early and we have clients needing urgent things, and escalations, and an email backlog, and a commute from hell… but my previous life in product is begging me to pause and ask why, what’s the value (hint, it’s not 42).

So, all PS/CS leaders reading this – are we, and most importantly, our team members, thinking enough about value? What is the value of what we are delivering, now or at the end of the project, to the client. And as a result, what is the value to us, the provider. All of us should probably be spending more time intentionally thinking and discussing value.

How often are your team members considering the value of the outcome when updating plans or managing change?
